These terms cover VOLTEDGE’s online invoice and payment pages, including pay.voltedgeny.com, and the tools we use to send invoices. By viewing an invoice or paying through these pages, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. What the pages do

When we send you a payment link, it opens a page showing that invoice: the work and the amount owed. You can pay the balance by card on that page. Each link is for one invoice only. Please don’t share it.

3. Payments

• Card payments are processed by our payment processor. Your card number goes directly to the processor. We don’t see or store it.
• The amount charged is the balance on the invoice at the time you pay. We don’t add a fee for paying by card.
• A payment is complete when the page shows a receipt. If the page says a payment couldn’t be confirmed, don’t pay again. Call us and we’ll check.
• Refunds, credits and disputes about the work are handled under the estimate, contract or agreement for that work. Please contact us first. You may also have rights through your card issuer.

4. QuickBooks

We keep our invoices in QuickBooks Online. These pages read invoice details from our own QuickBooks account so they can show your bill and mark it paid. We use that information only to bill you, take payment and keep our records, as described in our Privacy Policy (https://voltedgeny.com/privacy-policy).

5. Using the pages

Use the pages only to view and pay invoices addressed to you. Don’t try to open other invoices, interfere with the pages, or use a card you’re not allowed to use. We may block a link after repeated failed payment attempts.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the pages running but can’t promise they’ll always be available or error-free. If a page isn’t working, call us and we’ll take payment another way. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

7. Limits of liability

The pages are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, VOLTEDGE isn’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using them, and our total liability for the pages is limited to the amount of the payment involved. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
